                               RESOLUTION NO. 20739
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
                  GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER INTO A PERSONAL
                  SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CHARLES TINKER,
                  RELATIVE TO THE ORCHARD KNOB URBAN RENEWAL
                  PROJECT.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Department of General Services 
be
       and is hereby authorized to enter into a Personal Services
       Contract with Charles Tinker, relative to the Orchard Knob Urban
       Renewal Project, for an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour, but not 
to
       exceed $240.00 per day, up to a maximum of $10,000 per year.
